Personas — Overview

Who you're writing for — rich character profiles with demographics, goals, frustrations, and quotes that steer every article the AI generates.

What is it?

The Personas screen is the client's persona library. Each persona is a detailed profile: demographics (age, role, location), goals, frustrations, buying motivations, preferred channels, and representative quotes. Personas group into Target Audiences (a client usually has 2–4 audiences, each with 2–4 personas). Content Studio pulls from this library — you pick personas per article, and the AI writes with their voice, pain points, and priorities in mind.

When should I use it?

How to use it

  1. Open Personas from the sidebar.
  2. Review the client's Target Audience sections. Each audience contains a grid of persona cards.
  3. Click any persona to open the detail view — demographics, bio, goals, frustrations, quotes, channels, questions they'd ask.
  4. Click Edit to modify, or + Create Custom Persona at the bottom for a blank new one.
  5. Drag personas between audiences to re-assign.
  6. Unassigned Personas at the bottom holds ones not yet attached to an audience.
