Content Studio — Overview
The screen where you turn a keyword into a full content suite — article, social posts, visuals — using Gemini or Manus AI.
What is it?
Content Studio is the primary authoring workspace. The left panel collects inputs — keyword, language, personas, prompt customization, generation mode. The right panel previews the generated output across tabs: Blog Article, Visuals Studio, LinkedIn (Company), LinkedIn (Personal), Facebook. Generated drafts are saved to Firestore, appear in Asset Library, and can be published to WordPress, exported to Drive, or scheduled on the Calendar.
When should I use it?
- You've picked a keyword from the Opportunity Finder and want to produce content for it.
- You want to iterate on an existing draft — refine with Manus, regenerate social posts, replace visuals.
- You want to brief the AI with personas, secondary keywords, continuity from previous articles, and brand context.
How to use it
- Pick a client in the sidebar (if not already selected).
- Enter a keyword in the left panel. The app tries to pre-fill supporting data — persona recommendations, secondary keywords, previous articles.
- Choose generation mode — Gemini (Fast) or Manus AI (Citations). See Generation modes.
- (Optional) Adjust the prompt, toggle High-Fidelity mode, pick personas, add secondary keywords.
- Click the big bottom-panel button — Generate Content Suite (Gemini) or Generate with Manus AI.
- Wait. Gemini is ~30 seconds. Manus is 1–3 minutes and runs fire-and-forget — you can navigate away and come back.
- When ready, browse the tabs to review article + social posts + visuals. Use Refine (Manus drafts) to iterate, or Approve & Schedule to ship.
Tips and best practices
- Don't skip the persona selection — persona-targeted content ranks and converts better than generic drafts.
- If you have previous published content for the same keyword, Content Studio auto-surfaces it as a "continuity" signal. Leave it on to avoid repetition.
- Use Manus when citations matter (industry reports, how-tos, anything fact-checkable). Use Gemini for speed and experimental drafts.
Gotchas and limits
- Requires at least one client selected.
- Viewers can open Content Studio but can't trigger generation — all write buttons are disabled.
- Cross-client context doesn't carry — each client is a clean slate.
- If you navigate away mid-generation, the draft is saved and picks up where you left off when you return.
