Scheduler — Overview
A month-view calendar of scheduled content — articles, social posts, and campaigns — for the selected client.
What is it?
The Scheduler screen is a classic month-grid calendar showing every scheduled piece of content for the current client. Events are colored by type: article, LinkedIn Company, LinkedIn Personal, Facebook. Click an event for details, drag to reschedule, or use the right-hand Upcoming Queue for a linear list of what's coming in the next 14 days.
When should I use it?
- You want a top-down view of publishing cadence for the month.
- You're planning a content sprint and need to space out publishes.
- You want to know "what's next" without scanning the full grid — use the Upcoming Queue.
- A team member asks "when is that post going out?" — check here.
How to use it
- Open Scheduler from the sidebar.
- The current month shows. Navigate with the arrow buttons at the top.
- Click any event chip to see details, edit, or delete.
- Drag an event from one day to another to reschedule.
- On the right, the Upcoming Queue shows the next 10 events chronologically.
Tips and best practices
- Pair article publishing with social announcements the same day or a day later.
- Use different colors per platform to spot-check balance — a month of only LinkedIn Company posts signals gaps.
- Drag-to-reschedule syncs immediately — no save step.
Gotchas and limits
- Calendar shows this client's events only. Switch clients to see theirs.
- Events are created from Content Studio's Approve & Schedule flow — you can't create events directly on the calendar yet.
- Deleting an event doesn't delete the underlying draft. The draft stays in Asset Library.
- Viewers can see the Calendar but can't drag, edit, or delete events.
