Agency Manager — Onboarding Steps

The multi-step wizard that guides a new client from empty record to fully configured — profile, data sources, personas, and Drive.

What is it?

A sequential wizard triggered by + Create Client. Each step collects a focused slice of information: basic profile, business context, data sources, personas, Drive assignment. A progress indicator on the side shows which steps are complete. The wizard is resumable — you can close mid-onboarding and come back later to finish.

When should I use it?

How to use it

  1. Click + Create Client in Agency Manager.
  2. Step 1 — Basics: name, domain, logo. The app auto-fetches the favicon as logo if left blank.
  3. Step 2 — Business context: industry, business address (NAP fields for local SEO), target audiences.
  4. Step 3 — Profile & voice: tone (detected + custom), USP, brand values, content style.
  5. Step 4 — Data sources: connect GSC, GA4, Chatbase, etc. Each opens the relevant OAuth or API-key flow.
  6. Step 5 — Personas: the app suggests 2–4 AI-generated personas based on target audiences. Approve, edit, or add custom.
  7. Step 6 — Drive (optional): assign a shared Drive folder if using Shared Drive mode.
  8. Finish. The client appears in Agency Manager with a green "Onboarded" badge.
