Agency Manager — Data Sources Tab (Per-Client)
Per-client overview and configuration of every data source — shortcut to see what's connected without leaving the client modal.
What is it?
The Data Sources tab inside the Edit Client modal. It mirrors the main Data Sources screen but scoped to this client. You see every source's connection status, connect or disconnect in-place, and edit per-client config (GSC property URL, GA4 property ID, Chatbase bot ID, etc.) without navigating away.
When should I use it?
- You're in the Edit Client modal reviewing profile, and realize a data source needs attention.
- You're auditing a client's integrations before a campaign.
- You're handing off the client to another team member and want to verify everything is connected.
How to use it
- Open Edit Client modal and switch to the Data Sources tab.
- Review each card's status and last-synced time.
- Click Connect Account or Disconnect on any card — opens the same flow as the main Data Sources screen.
- Edit per-client config fields inline (e.g. GSC property URL).
- Save at the modal footer if fields change.
Tips and best practices
- Use this tab during client handoffs — one place to confirm all integrations.
- For per-client keys (API keys, property IDs), keep them here even though they're stored in the client record — not on the user.
- Disconnect unused integrations to reduce clutter and potential token-refresh failures.
Gotchas and limits
- This tab doesn't manage per-user connections like Drive. Those live in My Settings.
- Disconnecting a source removes the stored credential (API key or OAuth refresh token) but preserves the per-client config (property URL, bot ID, GA4 property, etc.). Reconnecting requires re-entering the API key or re-authorizing OAuth, but the saved config carries over.
- OAuth reconnects open a new window; dismissing mid-flow leaves the source in "disconnected" state.
