Admin Dashboard — Overview
A cross-account view of every user and client in the NexusSEO system — available only to Anthropic-designated admins.
What is it?
The Admin Dashboard is a read-only view of every user and every client in the platform. It shows aggregate stats (total users, total clients, average clients per user) and a list of users grouped by account, with their clients nested beneath. Used for support, onboarding diagnostics, and platform health monitoring.
When should I use it?
- A user reports an issue and you need to verify their account configuration.
- You're analyzing platform growth (user count, client count trends).
- You need to spot-check data source connectivity across accounts.
How to use it
- Open Admin Dashboard from the sidebar. Only appears for admin-role users.
- Review the three stat cards at the top: Total Users, Total Clients, Avg Clients per User.
- Scroll through the Users & Clients section. Each card shows a user and their clients underneath.
- Click a client card to see basic info and connected data sources.
- Use the refresh button top-right to re-pull live counts.
Tips and best practices
- Use this screen sparingly. It's a platform-level diagnostic tool, not a daily workflow.
- Stat cards are a leading indicator for growth — track them weekly.
- If a user reports missing data, verify connection badges on their client cards as a first step.
Gotchas and limits
- This screen is visible only to users with
isAdmin(email)returning true. Non-admins don't see the sidebar entry. - Very large platforms may scroll long. No search/filter yet — planned for future.
- Data is pulled on demand; no auto-refresh.
- Viewing a user's account doesn't grant edit access. Admin is view-only across accounts.
